What your clients see

The pages, policies and messages co-signers get from your agency, and which settings shape each one.

Co-signers never see the console your team uses. They see a small set of pages and messages that carry your agency's name, logo and theme. This page lists them, and which settings change each one.

Your intake page

This is where a co-signer starts a bail request. Share it with Share intake link on the Dashboard. See Share your intake link. It lives at Vonda's address followed by your slug, or on your own domain once one is connected.

It shows:

  • Your logo, agency name, phone and email.
  • Four short promises: Your information is private, An agent reaches out quickly, Easy and quick and Real humans, when you need them.
  • A How it works button, which walks through the five steps of a bail request, and a Start button that opens the application.
  • Links to your Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, a Contact link to your email, and a light and dark switch.

Shaped by: Agency info, Logo, Theme, Slug and Custom domain.

The co-signer's bail page

After they apply, each co-signer gets a link to their own bail page. It follows the request through five phases (Application, Review, Payment, Signature and Release) and always shows what they need to do next, or who they're waiting on. It also shows the invoice, their documents, the court dates, and how to reach their agent. If your agency offers payment plans, the primary co-signer can ask for one there, and a running plan shows its schedule and how to pay each installment.

Once the defendant is released, and if your agency has turned on Google reviews, the card that says so also asks the co-signer for a Google review, with a Leave a Google review button that opens your Google review link in a new tab. Every co-signer sees it, for as long as the posting is Released.

If a co-signer loses their personal link, the Access your bail bond page lets them enter the email or phone number they applied with, and Vonda sends the link again.

Your policy pages

Every agency has four public policy pages: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and SMS Disclosure. Vonda provides the wording, which is the same for every agency, and fills in your agency's name, address, phone and license from Agency info. You can't edit the wording.

Emails and text messages

  • Emails show your logo and your theme's light colors, and come from your agency's name. They come from your own address once your email sender is verified.
  • Text messages are sent from Vonda's messaging number. There's nothing to set up.
  • The release email and text ask for a Google review too when your agency has turned on Google reviews: the email with a Leave a Google review button below View your bail, the text with a closing line and your link. Without it, they're unchanged.
  • Payment receipts are PDFs in your agency's branding.

What stays Vonda's

Your team's console, emails to your staff and the Appear page jails use to review a posting always use Vonda's own look. Your theme doesn't apply to them.
