Who gets notified
Which messages Vonda sends at each step of a posting, who receives them, and over which channel.
Vonda sends messages for you as a posting moves along, so you don't have to call the co-signer at every step. This page lists every message and who gets it.
How messages are delivered
Co-signers get texts or emails on the contact they verified with a code when they started their bail request. Most co-signers verify one contact, so most messages go to that one. A co-signer who never verified a contact doesn't get messages. Emails to co-signers carry your agency's name and logo, and come from your agency's own email address once you've set one up.
Your agency gets messages over the channels each person picks in their own notification settings: email, text, both, or none. Texts need a phone number on the account. Messages for your agency go to:
- The posting's assigned agent.
- If nobody is assigned, everyone who is on duty.
- If nobody is on duty either, the agency's admins.
Not everything notifies someone. Changing details, pricing, adding notes, attaching documents, archiving, deleting and sending a posting back for correction are all silent.
