Three ways a posting starts
How a new bail request, a phone call, or an invited co-signer each end up on a posting.
Every posting is the job of getting one defendant out of one jail. It can start in two ways, and there's a third way for a co-signer to join one that already exists. All three collect the same details and end up on the same kind of posting.

Online intake
The co-signer opens your agency's intake link, verifies their phone or email with a code, and fills in their own details, the defendant's, the arrest and photos of their ID. When they submit, a new posting appears on your Dashboard in the Unassigned lane with the New badge, and the co-signer is taken to their personal bail page.
Your agency's active fee rules are added to the posting when it's created.
Created by an agent
When a co-signer calls instead of using the link, an agent can type in the same details from Postings, then New posting. The co-signer still verifies their phone or email: Vonda sends them a code and they read it back to the agent. The posting starts at Reviewing, already assigned to that agent, with the Manual badge.
No ID photos are collected this way. If you need them, ask the co-signer for them with an information request.
Your agency's active fee rules are added to the posting when it's created, just like online intake.
Invited co-signer
When an agent asks for another co-signer, the posting shows Awaiting Co-signer and the primary co-signer invites someone from their bail page. The invited person gets a personal link that works once and expires after 7 days. They verify their contact with a code, add photos of their ID and fill in their own details. They don't fill in anything about the defendant or the arrest, since the posting already has that.
Once they're done, your agency is told, and when no other co-signer request is still open, the posting goes back to Reviewing by itself.
