Read a person's profile
See everything your agency knows about a defendant or co-signer, from their ID and contact details to every posting they've been on.
A person's profile brings together what your agency knows about them across every posting: who they are, how to reach them, how much they've paid, who they've come in with, and what has changed over time. It's the page to check when a familiar name turns up on a new bail request.
Before you start
- Anyone in your agency can read a profile. It's read-only for everyone.
- Open it from the People page, by clicking the person's name, or from a posting, with View person on the defendant's or a co-signer's card.
- The details come from their most recent posting. Under the Identity card, Profile as of tells you which posting that is, with a link to it. To correct something, edit it on the posting.
What's on the profile
Identity
Their name, date of birth and government-issued ID number, plus their email and phone. A contact they proved with a code when they started a bail request shows a Verified chip. One they gave without proving it shows Unverified.
Below that are the front and back photos of their ID, if they uploaded them. Click a photo to see it full size. If there aren't any, it says No ID photos.
Stats and Activity
- Postings: how many of your postings they've been on.
- Active postings: how many of those haven't been closed or archived.
- Total paid: what they've paid your agency as a co-signer, counting completed payments only. Collateral isn't counted: it isn't a payment toward the bail.
- First seen and Last seen: the dates of their first and most recent postings with you.
Housing and Work
Where they live and for how long, their housing status, and their job, employer, income and how long they've worked there, as of their latest posting.
Relationships
The people they've been on postings with, such as the defendant they co-signed for, with the relationship and how many postings they share. Click the arrow on a row to open that person's profile.
Posting history
Every posting they've been on, newest first, with their role and the posting's status. Click a posting to open it.
Changes history
A record of every change to their details. See Review a person's change history.
If you see "Possible duplicate detected"
A warning at the top of the profile means Vonda thinks this person may already be in your records under another entry. See Merge duplicate people.
