Move the whole Bond online.
From the Co-signer’s first tap to the final court date — intake, review, payment, signatures, paperwork and the jail — on one platform, under your own brand. No office visit, no paper, no waiting by the phone.
You know this night.
It’s 2:47 a.m., and Marcus was just booked. His sister has to drive to your office, sign the paperwork and pay at the counter. Then someone walks the papers to the jail, and everyone waits by the phone.
Your way of working isn’t broken — it’s built for office hours. Bonds don’t keep them.
How it works
The same night, on Vonda. Nobody drives to the office.
Marcus Reed was just booked into Summit Valley Detention Center. His sister Dana wants him home, and Ondrevel Bail Bonds runs on Vonda. Here is the whole job, from her first tap to his last court date.
- 1.0
2:47 a.m. — Dana applies from her phone
She opens Ondrevel’s link: their logo, their colors, their domain. A text code confirms it’s her, and she snaps her ID, front and back — Vonda crops it and fills in what it can read. Then Marcus: his name, the jail, his booking number. No login, no office visit. Rather take it over the phone? Your Agent enters the same application from the dashboard.
- 2.0
It lands on your board. You dig in
The Posting lands on one board, in the lane of whoever it’s waiting on — you, the Co-signer or the jail — and the right Agent hears about it. Chris picks it up and reviews. A second charge in another court? Add Bond: same Posting, its own bail, its own Bond number, its own paperwork. Need more security? Ask for another Co-signer. Dana invites James by text from her portal, and the Posting comes back to review on its own the moment he joins.
- 3.0
Price it. Approve it
Each Bond is billed at its own rate, your Fees ride on top, and it all adds up to one Amount due. Approve, and it locks: what Dana is quoted is what she pays.
- 4.0
Dana pays and signs from anywhere
No drive across town, no stack of paper. In her portal, Dana pays the Amount due by card, or sends proof of a payment made another way. Then she reviews each agreement, accepts the ESIGN consent and signs by typing her name. The time, IP and device are recorded as evidence, and her signature is stamped into every copy. Chris hears about every step.
- 5.0
Your forms fill themselves, for every Bond
Upload your own PDF templates once and place the fields. Vonda fills a full set for each Bond on the Posting — Defendant, court, case number, charges, bail, Premium, signatures — and re-renders it whenever something changes. The Co-signer gets their copies, and the jail gets its own.
- 6.0
One click to the jail
Send to Facility, and Summit Valley gets one secure link through Appear: Marcus, both Bonds, the courts, the charges and the documents, on one page. Accepting him, marking him released, or rejecting it with a reason each take the jail’s own PIN. When they accept, Chris knows. When Marcus walks out, Dana knows too.
- 7.0
Release isn’t the end
Add each court date to its Bond, and Dana gets a reminder 30, 7 and 1 day before. After each hearing, mark attendance. When every date is behind you and marked, exonerate, and the Posting comes off your books.
The next one can run on your forms.

Vonda is the white-label platform your agency runs on — a Co-signer portal on your own domain, with your logo, your colors and your forms, and email from your own address. Vonda stays invisible.
Your clients get the experience their bank gives them — under your name. Application → Review → Payment → Signature → Release: five steps a scared family can follow at a glance, moving as your team works. Every agreement names the Bond it belongs to. And next to it, a real human: your Agent’s name, email and phone, not a ticket number.
Founding Agency Partner
Vonda is built with the agency that runs on it. AAA Bail Bonds Utah writes real Bonds on Vonda every week — every feature ships tested on their caseload first.
“We used to lose the bonds that came in after we went home. Now the phone gets answered, the paperwork writes itself, and families stopped driving across the valley to sign. Vonda runs the agency with us.”

Questions, answered.
What exactly is Vonda?
The platform your bail bonds agency runs on. Co-signers apply on your own branded page, your team reviews and prices every Posting on one board, Co-signers pay and sign online, your own forms fill themselves, the jail receives everything through Appear, and court dates are tracked until you exonerate. All under your brand.
My clients aren’t tech people. Will they manage?
If they can text, they can do this. The application is guided, plain English and built for a phone: a text code instead of a password, a photo of their ID instead of typing it out. Your agency’s phone and email are right on the page, and once an Agent is assigned, their name and phone are in the portal.
What if the Co-signer calls instead?
Take the call. Your Agent types the application into the dashboard during the call, and the Posting starts in review, already assigned to them. Everything after that works the same way.
Can one Posting hold several Bonds?
Yes. A Posting is the job of getting one Defendant out of one jail, and it holds every Bond that takes. Found another charge in another court? Add a Bond — its own bail, its own Bond number, its own paperwork — and one payment covers them all.
How do Fees work?
Set up your agency’s Fees once, as fixed amounts or a percentage. Every new Posting starts with them, and your Agent can add, change or remove a Fee on any Posting until it’s approved. The Co-signer sees each one on the invoice, under the Premiums, adding up to one Amount due.
How do Co-signers pay?
From their portal, once you approve. They pay the Amount due by card through online checkout on your own Kurv account, or send proof of a payment made another way for your Agent to confirm. One payment covers every Bond on the Posting.
Is a typed signature legal?
Yes. Co-signers accept an ESIGN consent, sign by typing their legal name, and the platform captures the evidence that holds it up — time, IP, and device — then stamps the signature into the final PDF.
How does the jail get the paperwork?
Through Appear, which is free for jails. One click sends the jail a single secure link to the whole Posting: the Defendant, every Bond, the courts, the charges and the documents, on one page. Accepting, marking released and rejecting each take the jail’s own PIN, and every act is timestamped. You hear the moment they accept, and you and the family hear when he walks out.
What happens after release?
Add each court date to its Bond, and the Co-signers get reminders 30, 7 and 1 day before. After each hearing, your Agent marks attendance. When every date is behind you and marked, exonerate the Posting and it comes off your active liability.
Can it run on our own brand and domain?
Yes. Your logo, your colors and your fonts, on your own domain, and email to your clients goes out from your own address. Your clients see your agency, not Vonda.
What does it cost?
It depends on your agency: a single Agent and a multi-office operation need different things. Tell us how you work, and we’ll walk you through it on the demo.

Fifteen minutes. Your forms, your brand, one Posting from the first tap to the final court date.
